Brewpub Brewery as a Franchise



The Organic Brautheke® Brewpub Brewery consists of a modular micro-brewery, with an optional modular stainless steel counter arrangement, which includes a product based dispense control system for your beer (unfiltered or filtered), wine, soft drinks, etc. The counter arrangement will work with all types of design, for example wood, copper, Bavarian pub style, with rustic walls, but can also be implemented in a modern setting.

The plant will be built completely turnkey. You do not need expensive operators: your operator will be instructed on the simple control system and trained in basic technical brewing knowledge. As part of our franchise we will be there to advice you on beer brewing and quality control. We shall also take care of the necessary legal requirements. Our concept uses a new way of bringing in raw materials and a simple way of disposing of spent grains and filtrates.
